for a site visit, where she discussed our style preferences, took measurements and outlined the process. Using a program called Design Files they made furniture selection and placement suggestions, with pricing – usually 3 options of each item. Decor items were not part of the review process. All of the purchases were delivered to the house, some required assembly – which we did.

Claudia was prompt on her responses to our questions.
The selection and review process using the Design Files program was very efficient and gave you a good idea of what things would look like in the room together.
A material purchase list with pricing was provided for the larger ticket items which allowed us to keep track of where we were on our budget and confirm we got items that were ordered.
Claudia kept within the budget and suggested good quality items for a good price.
Claudia handled breakage items returned and bought only what was needed.
Claudia and her assistant came to the house stage the rooms.
We were pleased with the outcome.

A couple of process improvements:
It would have been beneficial to have the design style questions given to us before we met – so we could research / talk about what we wanted.
A couple of orders were held up waiting on 1 or 2 items. We didn’t realize this was happening until we saw how far out the delivery date was. We asked Claudia to switch the back order items for something that was available right away and everything went smoothly.
We didn’t like the delivery process of items ordered from Bed Bath and Beyond. There was no tracking and we weren’t informed of the upcoming delivery – it just got plunked on our door step.
